How to cancel Sky Mobile

We're sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving us.

To cancel your Sky Mobile service you need to give us 31 days’ notice, unless you’re within your cooling off period.

Please don’t cancel your Direct Debit or any other ongoing payment with us, as further payments may still be due.

What is the cooling off period?

If you ordered a device when you took out Sky Mobile, your cooling off period lasts for 31 days from the later of: (i) the date your equipment is delivered to you; or (ii) confirmation in writing of your terms and conditions, after placing an order for Sky Mobile services.

If you didn’t order a device, then your cooling off period lasts for 14 days from the later of: (i) the date of entering into ‘Your contract for Sky Mobile services and equipment’; or (ii) confirmation in writing of your terms and conditions.
