The White Lotus: Season 2 Locations Hero Image

The White Lotus season two welcomed us to a new five-star resort in the heart of the Mediterranean – the stylish world of Sicily, Italy.

Just don’t worry about what you may or may not find floating in the sea while you take a dip. Or the furious looking manager trying to sort it all out.

The White Lotus Sicily promises peace and tranquillity and all your needs met – which in the case of their latest clients, is above and beyond what most would expect.

So if you’re looking to live a life of luxury, or to simply flex in front of your old college buddy and his wife to prove you’re better than them, The White Lotus resorts have you covered.

Luckily, The White Lotus locations are all real - and on top of the picturesque locations and islands where each season is based, the hotels exist too, albeit under different names.

So, if you want to relive the Emmy Award-winning show for yourself, here’s where you can check in - and some other places you should check out.

Season Two: Sicily, Italy

The Hotel

Real Location: San Domenico Palace, Taormina

Another Four Seasons property, the San Domenico Palace in Taormina. A reimagined 14th-century convent overlooking the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna.

The epitome of timeless elegance, guests have previously included Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Sophia Loren.

The property boasts 111 rooms and suites, and is home to the stylish restaurant and bars the characters would frequent, or in some cases perform at on the piano.

The Hotel Beach

Real Location: Lungomare Giuseppe Giardina, Cefalù, Palermo

Filming close to the Sea Palace Hotel, this beach is where things truly got off to a grisly start when a body is found in the water (viewers… you know who).

But this is also a location for several other key scenes - including Daphne (Meghann Fahy) and Ethan (Will Sharpe) having a heart-to-heart about the behaviour of her husband Cameron (Theo James).

Harper And Daphne’s Overnight Hotel

Real Location: Villa Tasca, Palermo

When Harper and Daphne head off for a girls’ night, they end up staying at the stunning Villa Tasca.

The show slightly lied though by saying it was in Noto, when it’s actually four hours away in the city of Palermo.

Quentin’s Estate

Real Location: Villa Elena, Noto

Villa Elena has history dating all the way back to 3B.C. if current owner and interior designer Jacques Garcia is to be believed.

The French designer even created a book, ‘A Sicilian Dream’, on the villa’s history and its unique characteristics, which include its former use as a monastery, and how nearly every piece of furniture and decoration celebrates its history.

The stunning property became central to the twist befalling Tanya and “the gays trying to murder her” - led by Quentin (Tom Hollander).

Over the top and outlandish at every turn, Villa Elena exudes extravagance from the walls - with huge paintings, antiques and frescoes covering every inch of the house.

Villa Elena is Garcia’s private residence, but is available for rent, with prices available upon request from Garcia’s team.

The White Lotus available now on Sky Atlantic and NOW.
