`Teen Mom 2' follows four girls from the second season of MTV's documentary series `16 and Pregnant' as they face the challenges of their first years of motherhood. Chelsea, Jenelle, Kailyn and Leah are seen trying to come to grips with the myriad of responsibilities that caring for a child brings, and doing so while worrying about such things as finances, living arrangements, graduating from high school, family support (or lack thereof) and the role of their baby's father.
Leah faces re-emerging feelings for Corey. Jenelle and Gary spend time with Jace. Kailyn and Jo get into a physical fight. Chelsea is worried she might be pregnant again. (S4, ep1)
Kailyn and Jo go to court. Chelsea has her first day of beauty school. Leah expresses strong feelings for Corey and Jenelle finds out that Gary had sex with her best friend. (S4, ep2)
Leah is torn between Corey and Jeremy. Adam texts Chelsea to see Aubree, but it doesn't go as planned. Jenelle finishes probation and Kailyn takes Isaac to Jo's. (S4, ep3)
Kieffer and Jenelle are dating again. Kailyn tries to take Jo to court to change their custody agreement. Chelsea tells her mum about the pregnancy scare. (S4, ep4)

Leah and Jeremy have a courthouse wedding. Adam tries to make Chelsea jealous. Gary has a big surprise for Jenelle. Kailyn and Javi discuss joining the military and getting married. (S4, ep7)
Gary and Jenelle get into an altercation which lands them both in jail. Chelsea talks to her lawyer about Adam's strange legal letter. Kailyn and Javi consider getting married in Las Vegas. (S4, ep8)
Leah reaches out to her biological dad and Jenelle goes to court to face the charges from the Gary fight. Javi passes his Air Force test and he and Kail seriously talk marriage. (S4, ep9)
Javi has a big surprise for Kailyn. Jenelle, Barb, and Kieffer celebrate Jace's 3rd birthday but Jenelle reveals she has some serious money problems. Chelsea celebrates her 21st birthday. (S4, ep10)
Jenelle learns that she has very little chance of getting custody of Jace. Leah takes Ali to a neuromuscular specialist and Kailyn finally tells Jo about her plans with Javi. (S4, ep11)
Barbara tries to have Jenelle committed for using drugs; Chelsea returns to beauty school; Kailyn and Javi get married; Leah's daughter endures medical tests. (S4, ep12)
