A staple of the rural landscape, barns have served U.S. society for more than 200 years. Many of the old structures have fallen into disrepair because of time and weather. In this series, Mark Bowe and his crew of West Virginia-based craftsmen salvage antique barns and cabins before the timber can deteriorate. Their goal is to put new life into worn-out structures. Among its projects, the crew tackles disassembling an antebellum log cabin in West Virginia, refurbishing it and rebuilding it for a collector in Tennessee.

Episode 1Legendary Log Homes

The team save one of the biggest barns they've ever seen. Sherman shares stories with the owner, and Mark explores the nearby wetlands.(S13,E15)

Episode 5Modern Day Homestead

Mark and the guys create a rustic family gathering place in Franklin, Tennessee for a homeowner who loves 19th century hand-hewed craftsmanship.(S13,E16)

Episode 6Barnwood Busy

The guys work on reviving a 19th-century cabin they dismantled in Ripley, West Virginia. For a break, they go to the West Virginia State Fair. S13, Ep17
