The Hairy Bikers set out on a mission to bring together the best local restaurants with the most innovative local suppliers. In the process, they travel around Britain's regions and visit restaurants that are desperate to source local ingredients for new menus and dishes. To help these restaurants and their owners, the duo delve into the local region, discover suppliers of a wide range of different ingredients, and then attempt to negotiate deals that will deliver the very best local produce for a fair price.
