This documentary follows 47 women between the ages of 17 and 32 as they embark on a British Army training programme. The series is filmed throughout the 14-week period in which they face many challenges, mental as well as physical, in order to determine who should remain in the process. It is a battle of the fittest to find a group that can serve on the front line. In the first episode 22-year-old Chantelle returns to train for the army once again after failing to make it through the first time around, and adapting to army rules proves to be a difficult task for the eldest trainee, Lisa.
