`The Apprentice: You're Fired' is a comedy companion show to `The Apprentice', in which fired candidates are invited to an interview after their exit from the boardroom. Presenter Tom Allen is joined in the studio by a panel of three guests, as they review the day's episode in front of a live audience. Clips from the main series are replayed with added entertainment value, as the spotlight turns to the fired candidate. Eliminated from the show, the candidate shares their version of events and reflects on their time within the process.
