Not Going Out

Toby organises a sponsored parachute jump to raise money for a children's ward in his hospital, so Lee, Lucy, Anna and the grandparents all agree to take part to support him.

Lee and Lucy's friendship with Toby and Anna is tested when they all go a long weekend break in a cottage in the New Forest, with the four constantly squabbling.

Lee is outraged that the twins have started sex education at school and resolves to teach them everything he knows about the facts of life before Miss Anstis corrupts them.

Charlie's school gets a bad Ofsted rating, but when Geoffrey and Wendy offer to pay to send him to be privately educated, Lee and Lucy are presented with a moral dilemma.

Lucy is not best pleased when Lee decides to watch her favourite TV programme, especially when his inability to remember the star's name makes him think he is losing his memory.

Unable to convince Lucy that he did not smash a blue-and-white antique vase that belonged to her grandmother, Lee summons the family to a meeting to flush out the culprit.

Lucy takes the kids to her parents while Lee stays in to oversee the building work - unfortunately, the tradesman he's employed has an annoyingly relaxed attitude to deadlines.
