Two teams comprised of comedians, celebrities and sports stars compete against each other in a test of their sporting knowledge. Points are awarded over three rounds to determine the winning team. The first round involves both teams having to rank three different sportspersons to a specific criterion, and the second round `Guest List' has both teams guessing answers given by a sportsperson about his or her sport. The final round `Right Guard Challenge' has two members of each team having to answer questions for as long as the third team member can sustain a physical challenge. The questions generally deal with the lighter side of sports, filled with facts that fans love to recite.
