Actor Idris Elba sets out on a mission to transform the lives of eight young people through a course of intensive physical training over a period of five months. With the help of fitness coach Greg White and former national boxing champion Rachel Bower, Idris aims to help his recruits to improve their fitness, boost their confidence and maintain self-discipline as they work towards a big final fight. However, the recruits face many challenges along the way as they battle their way through a rigorous training regime.
