Whether you'd like to speak to someone every week about sports, current affairs or treasured memories, we're here for a friendly catch up.

To sign up, please use the form below.

  • Are you taking part in our befriending service yourself or are you a Sky staff member supporting someone else (with their permission) to sign up?
  • Do you have your own phone line (landline/mobile), and can you hear and be understood over the telephone?
  • Are you happy to have regular friendship chats with one our Sky volunteers?
  • Our telephone befriending service is for informal chats about hobbies, interests etc. It isn't for discussing any Sky products or services you have. Telephone befriending isn't a counselling service, so it's important that both you and our volunteer befrienders are comfortable.
  • We'll use this for our volunteer befriender to call you, or if our befriending service support team need to contact you for any reason.
  • We'll only use this if we can't get in touch with you via your preferred contact number.
  • At the moment, we're offering befriending calls 1pm - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 6pm on Sundays. We'll do or best to match you with a volunteer befriender who's available to chat with you, but we can't guarantee it'll always be possible.

  • We'll only use this information as part of Sky's Telephone Befriending Service and to contact you in case we need any more details. We won't use it for other purposes.
