Getting started with Sky Mobile

Have you activated your SIM?

You'll need to activate your SIM before you can transfer your existing number to Sky.

Keep your number

It's easy to keep your current mobile number when you move to Sky Mobile. To do this:

  1. Activate your SIM (if you haven’t already).
  2. Request a PAC from your old service provider.
  3. Submit your request online.

We’ll transfer your old number to Sky the next working day, or within 2 working days if you submit your request after 5pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday. This may take longer over Bank Holidays.
