You can change your payment method or payment date online, in the My Sky app or, if you're a Sky TV customer, on your TV using your Sky remote. You’ll need your bank account details at the ready.
Please note: Sky Mobile is billed separately from TV, Broadband or Talk. To make changes to your Sky Mobile account go to Change your payment method for Sky Mobile or Change payment due date for Sky Mobile.
You can only change your payment due date once a month, and it can cause your next bill to be higher or lower, depending on the date you choose.
