You can change your payment method or payment date online, in the My Sky app or, if you're a Sky TV customer, on your TV using your Sky remote. You’ll need your bank account details at the ready.
Please note: Sky Mobile is billed separately from TV, Broadband or Talk. To make changes to your Sky Mobile account go to Change your payment method for Sky Mobile or Change payment due date for Sky Mobile.
The date you change your payment date to must fall between the 1st - 28th of the month, as not all months have more than 28 days. You can only change it once a month, and your next bill might be higher or lower depending on the date you choose.
