Sky Ultimate TV customers with pre-existing HBO Max: If you currently pay for HBO Max, taking this service via Sky may result in two HBO Max subscriptions. To avoid this, manage your existing subscription with your current provider before activating HBO Max through Sky.

Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema customers with pre-existing Disney+: If you currently pay for Disney+ directly through Disney on a monthly subscription and choose to take the same Disney+ plan through Sky, your billing with Disney will be paused, and you will be billed by Sky. If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription, your Disney+ subscription and billing will automatically transfer back to Disney, and you will continue to be billed by Disney.
If you currently pay for an annual Disney+ subscription directly through Disney and choose to take the same Disney+ plan on a monthly rolling basis through Sky, Disney will refund to you the unused value of your annual subscription. Once that refund has been processed, your direct Disney+ subscription will end. If you later cancel your Sky Ultimate TV or Sky Cinema subscription (as applicable), your Disney+ subscription will not automatically transfer back to Disney.
If you currently pay for Disney+ directly through Disney but take a different Disney+ subscription plan through Sky, or if you currently pay for Disney+ through a provider other than Disney, activating this service via Sky may result in two Disney+ subscriptions. To avoid this, manage your existing subscription with your current provider before activating Disney+ through Sky.

Existing Sky TV customers moving to Streaming TV: You can only have one Sky TV subscription at your address, so if you already have Sky Q or Sky+ you will need to end your current Sky TV subscription and take a new Sky Ultimate TV subscription. Changes to 'Your minimum term for UK residential TV services' whilst you have Sky TV Essentials:
• PVR functionality shall be considered a TV subscription service for the purposes of your minimum term and you can disregard all of Clause 8 relating to PVR functionality.
• Clause 14.3 is replaced with the following: "This minimum term will continue after your minimum term until it is ended in accordance with this condition 14."
Changes to 'Your minimum term for Sky Store and Box Office' whilst you have Sky TV Essentials:
• You can disregard Clause 2.6 in its entirety. If you upgrade from Sky TV Essentials in the future and take a new Sky channel subscription the changes above shall no longer apply
