The Nightmare Worlds of H.G. Wells

In four dramatised adaptations, the cautionary tales of H.G. Wells, are retold. Ray Winstone plays the role of the writer as he guides viewers through his characters' dark worlds. The all-star cast includes Antonia Thomas, Luke Treadaway, Michael Gambon, Johnny Flynn and Leticia Dolera. Amongst the stories are `The Late Mr Elvesham', which follows a medical student whose life is reversed when his youth is exchanged for wealth, `Devotee of Art', which warns artists against their quest for perfection and `The Moth', a story that reveals the happenings of a mad professor.
