Music producer Tony Visconti, the man behind much of David Bowei's career, scours the UK and Ireland for unsigned musicians and bands to play a celebratory concert commemorating his career at the Union Chapel in London. Tony is assisted on his quest by the former drummer for the Police, Stewart Copeland, and singer-songwriter Imelda May as they seek out diamonds in the rough for the concert. Along the way, producer and musician Nitin Sawhney acts as music director for the big night and mentors the acts during the lead up to the show.
