'The Hotel People' is a BBC series following the team at a family run hotel group named Hastings Hotels, based in Northern Ireland. The series gains an insight into the young, and sometimes inexperienced workforce as they strive to bounce back following the national lock-down due to COVID-19. The question is whether the employees can live up to the very exacting standards of Director of Hotels, James McGinn, while also attempting to build a career in high-end hospitality.
