Using Sky VIP with a screen-reader

The best way to experience Sky VIP is directly through the My Sky app, available on Apple and Android devices. Both the app and its VIP section provide support for VoiceOver (Apple) and TalkBack (Android) screen-readers.

If you’re a screen-reader user who’s having trouble claiming rewards online, we’re really sorry for any inconvenience and highly recommend using the My Sky app instead, if that’s an option for you. If it isn’t, please get in touch with our dedicated accessibility team using the options at the bottom of the page. Attending a Sky VIP experience

We try to ensure that all events are held at accessible venues.

If you have any specific requirements; when you get your confirmation stating you’ve been allocated tickets, email us at so we can help you have the best possible experience. Our dedicated team will be able to check the venue’s accessibility and request easily accessible seating. In some instances, accessible seating may only be available at short notice. Where wheelchair spaces are available, these will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
