Changed your mind? Just let us know within 31 days of delivery and you can return it for free.

How it works

  1. Get in touch to let us know you want to return something.
  2. Choose a day for us to come collect your item(s).
  3. Before your collection day, get your item(s) ready.
  4. We’ll sort the rest. From packaging everything up to taking it away.

Before you get in touch...

Make a note of the serial numbers for each item you want to return.

How to find your serial number:

  • check the back of your Sky Glass TV or the bottom of your Sky Stream puck; or
  • on your Sky remote, press Home > scroll down to Settings > System Management > System info .

Getting everything ready

Our partner, Panther, will collect your items. They'll text you the night before your collection day, to let you know what time they'll be there.

Before they arrive, please:

  1. Take photos of the equipment to show the condition it's in.
  2. Gather all the equipment you're returning, including:
  • TV(s)
  • TV stand(s)
  • Remote(s)
  • Any speaker fascias
  • Any Sky Stream puck(s)
  1. Is your Sky Glass TV wall mounted? Please take it down from the wall before we get there, as we won’t be able to help you do this.
  2. Reset your TV and any Sky Stream pucks to the factory settings, if you can.

Panther will take care of the rest when they arrive. They’ll check the serial numbers match up, photograph everything for our records, package it up, and take it away.
