Before checking if you have a wider connectivity problem, make sure all your Sky Q subscriptions are working as expected.
Good to know: If you don't have a Sky Q experience or Multiscreen subscription, you won't be able to watch Sky Q in another room on a Sky Q Mini box or connect your Sky Go app to your box, so Watch on Sky Q Mini box and Watch via Sky Go will show a cross.
- Press Home on your Sky Q remote
- Select Settings followed by Status and check both Watch on Sky Q Mini box and Watch via Sky Go have a tick.
