Struggling with your device repayments during the COVID-19 pandemic?

To help you during this challenging time, we can defer your Sky Mobile device repayments for up to 3 months by giving you a payment holiday.

You can defer your device repayments for all the pay monthly devices on your account for 1, 2, or 3 months. If you do defer them, your credit agreement length will be extended by the number of months you have deferred your repayments.

If you've had your device for less than 31 days, you also have the option to return your device for a refund.

Monthly plan charges


Payment holidays apply to device repayments only. Monthly plan charges will carry on like normal and will still need to be paid each month.
