Keep your number
Transfer your mobile phone number to Sky in three easy steps.
- Activate your SIM, if you haven't already.
- Request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your old provider.
- Give us your PAC and let us know the number you want to keep.
We'll do the rest.
Don't have a PAC? Using your old SIM, not your Sky SIM, text PAC to 65075.
How long does it take?

This can take longer over Bank Holidays. We'll text you when it's done . Things like voicemail and picture messaging can take up to 24 hours to work.
Top tip: After your number's been transferred, double check it's showing the right phone number in your iPhone settings. On your iPhone: Go to Settings > Phone > My Number > type in the number you're keeping > Save > then turn your phone off and back on again.
This is to make sure it doesn't show the wrong phone number when you make calls or send texts.
