What you need for the Sky Go app to work with Sky Q
What you get with Sky Go Extra
Download shows and movies to compatible laptops, mobiles and tablets and register up to six devices – any new devices registered after this will replace the ones you use the least.
Please note: Due to licensing restrictions, there are some shows and movies you might not be able to download on Sky Go.
What you get with Sky Q Multiscreen
You’ll need a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription to watch live TV when Sky Go is connected to your Sky Q box, and also watch and download recordings from your Sky Q box to the Sky Go app (if you have Sky Q Multiscreen, you’ll already have Sky Go Extra).
Please note: You won’t be able to access recordings from your Sky Q box if you don’t have Sky Q Multiscreen.
