Watching and using Sky Go

  • Sky Go customers can stream on two devices at a time.
  • Sky Go Extra, Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

If your device is connected to Sky Q, it'll assume the concurrent streaming limits for Sky Q, ie two. To increase it, disconnect your device from your Sky Q box so that it can use your home WiFi connection: in Sky Go, go to Settings > Disconnect from Sky Q.

Have Sky Mobile? Don't forget, you'll be able to enjoy Sky TV on the go without using your data.

What do you need help with?

Please note:

  • In the TV guide, HD channels are shown first. SD channels start from channel 800 on.
  • Sky Box Office events and Sky Store rentals aren't currently available on Sky Go. For more info about Sky Box Office, go to our help guide.
  • Guest users – who have a Sky iD, but don't have a Sky TV account linked to it – can't watch our Premier League highlight clips and free-to-air channels, such as Sky News, on Sky Go. They can catch Premier League highlights via the Sky Sports app and Sky News via the Sky News app instead.
