Reschedule or cancel your engineer visit

We know life can get in the way, but missing your scheduled visit or cancelling/changing it on the day or day before, could mean you're charged £25 / €25 on your next bill.

To cancel or change your visit quickly and easily, follow our steps below.

Sky Q/Sky+ customers

  1. Go to My Orders. Sign in if you haven’t already. If you can’t remember your details, select Forgotten your email or username?
  2. Select Change visit date and choose a timeslot, then Confirm new appointment.

You will receive a visit confirmation the day before your visit is due to take place.

What to do before and during an engineer visit.

Good to know: If you book a weekend appointment, you will be charged £15 / €15, unless:

  • You have Sky Broadband Boost or Sky Broadband Essential Plus.
  • You're on a Diamond VIP tier and upgrading to Sky Q.
  • You’re an existing Sky customer moving home.
  • We have asked to reschedule your visit.

Sky Glass customers

For Sky Glass, you'll need to contact us by selecting from the options at the bottom of the page.

Sky Q/Sky+ customers

Please note: If you've upgraded or changed your TV product (from Sky+ to Sky Q or vice versa) but now wish to cancel your engineer visit, follow the steps below. Cancelling your engineer visit will also cancel your TV order.

  1. Go to My Orders. Sign in if you haven’t already. If you can’t remember your details, select Forgotten your email or username?
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts.

Sky Glass customers
