Reschedule or cancel your engineer visit
We know life can get in the way, but missing your scheduled visit or cancelling/changing it on the day or day before, could mean you're charged £25 / €25 on your next bill.
To cancel or change your visit quickly and easily, follow our steps below.
Sky Q/Sky+ customers
- Go to My Orders. Sign in if you haven’t already. If you can’t remember your details, select Forgotten your email or username?
- Select Change visit date and choose a timeslot, then Confirm new appointment.
You will receive a visit confirmation the day before your visit is due to take place.
What to do before and during an engineer visit.
Good to know: If you book a weekend appointment, you will be charged £15 / €15, unless:
- You have Sky Broadband Boost or Sky Broadband Essential Plus.
- You're on a Diamond VIP tier and upgrading to Sky Q.
- You’re an existing Sky customer moving home.
- We have asked to reschedule your visit.
Sky Glass customers
For Sky Glass, you'll need to contact us by selecting from the options at the bottom of the page.
Sky Q/Sky+ customers
Please note: If you've upgraded or changed your TV product (from Sky+ to Sky Q or vice versa) but now wish to cancel your engineer visit, follow the steps below. Cancelling your engineer visit will also cancel your TV order.
- Go to My Orders. Sign in if you haven’t already. If you can’t remember your details, select Forgotten your email or username?
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
Sky Glass customers
For Sky Glass, you'll need to contact us by selecting from the options at the bottom of the page.
