Reschedule your Sky TV engineer appointment

You can reschedule or cancel your engineer visit online through My Sky.

Once arranged, your Sky engineer should call you the evening before installation day, or before 9am on the day itself, to let you know their estimated arrival time.

Please note: An adult aged 18 or over needs to be present when the engineer arrives so, if needed, they can authorise any extensive work to be carried out to your home.

Reschedule your engineer visit

  1. Sign into the My Orders page in My Sky. If you've forgotten your Sky iD, you can retrieve your details or reset your password online.
  2. Select Change visit date.
  3. Choose your preferred timeslot and select Confirm new appointment.

Cancel your engineer visit

  1. Sign into the My Orders page in My Sky. If you've forgotten your Sky iD, you can retrieve your details or reset your password online.
  2. Follow the on-screen prompts.
