NOW

If you’re a NOW customer, the controller of your personal data will be Sky UK Limited, trading as NOW. For NOW customers in the UK, go to NOW’s privacy notice. For NOW customers in Ireland, go to NOW's privacy notice (Ireland).

Sky Protect

If you’re a Sky Protect customer for home insurance and smart tech, then the controller of your personal data will be Neos Ventures Limited. You can check out their privacy notice.

You may have insurance under the Sky Protect brand for your devices or Sky equipment from Domestic & General (D&G). You can find more information on how D&G process your personal data in their privacy notice.

Sky Wifi & connecting to The Cloud

If you use a Sky WiFi Roaming account or Sky WiFi is the service provider of the WiFi service at a hotspot you are using, then the controller of your personal data will be The Cloud Networks Limited. You can check out the privacy and cookies notice for this.
