If you're seeing an on screen message on your Sky+/Q box, Sky Q app, Sky Glass TV or Sky Stream puck please enter it below, using the exact wording that you see on screen.

If your on screen message includes the name of the programme you were trying to book or watch, please enter it as [programme name]. For example, if your on screen message says "Game of Thrones has been cancelled", please enter “[Programme name] has been cancelled”.

Remember: Type the message exactly as you see it and wait for your message to show, then click it. You don't need to press enter.

Please don't type any personal information like your name or account number.
