Tracking your order

Have you signed your credit agreement? If you're paying for your Sky Glass in monthly instalments, you'll need to sign the agreement before we can confirm your order and delivery date. To track your order, sign in to your online account or the My Sky app. You'll also get a text the night before your delivery, so you know when you need to be in.
