To cancel your Sky TV subscription, you need to give us 31 days’ notice, unless you’re within your cooling off period.
Please don't cancel your Direct Debit or any other ongoing payment with us, as further payments may still be due.
What is the cooling off period?
We offer an enhanced cooling off period of 31 days, instead of the 14 days that's legally required.
That means you have the right to cancel your order for TV services and any related equipment or content, without giving any reason, any time up to 31 days from the later of: (i) delivery; (ii) installation; or (iii) confirmation in writing of the relevant terms and conditions for that product (which includes making the terms and conditions available to you in My Sky).
