I’m getting an error message
If you signed up with Sky Q before 23 August 2023, your Disney+ subscription will show on your monthly bill.
If you sign up with Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream after that date, you’ll be billed separately through Sky Marketplace with the payment details you entered when you signed up.
Upgrading from Q to Glass or Stream? Your subscription will automatically cancel, and you’ll need to sign up again on Sky Marketplace when your current billing period ends.
