1. One of our engineers will come round to install Sky Multiroom for you.

2. We'll send your new viewing card for your new Sky box(es) in the post. Please have this ready for when our engineer arrives.

3. Your extra box(es) will have to be connected to a working telephone line – this is to verify that all the boxes are being used at the same address.

Sky HD Multiroom box: Sky HD Multiroom box is the SkyHD standard Digibox (No PVR
functionality) which along with a Sky TV and Sky Multiroom subscription (£10.25 extra pm) gives
your Sky TV subscription in another room. HD Pack required to access HD channels.
Sky+HD 2TB box: Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of
storage for On Demand Showcase content.
