Simply use your wireless enabled smartphone, laptop or tablet to connect to one of the Cloud WiFi Hotspots at popular high street locations.

To get online with WiFi Hotspots from The Cloud, you’ll need Sky Broadband Unlimited, Connect or Fibre Unlimited at home and your Sky iD username & password.
Sky Talk & Line Rental
Choose between our two call plans - Sky Talk Weekends or Anytime, and Sky Line Rental.
Sky Cloud WiFi app
The free Sky Cloud WiFi app is available for iPhone, iPad, iPod (iOS 4.2.1 or later) and Android smartphones (OS2.1-2x). You can also sign up on your laptop at sky.com/wifi.

Setting up WiFi from The Cloud on your
iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch
1. Download the app Go to the iTunes Store, download the free Sky Cloud WiFi app and follow the simple instructions.
2. Sign up: Sign up using your Sky iD. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll be able to create one.
3. Connect: Once you've signed up, your device will automatically connect you to Cloud WiFi Hotspots when you’re in range. Also make sure you have turned on WiFi within your network setting on your device.
4. Find: Use the Hotspot Finder in the app to find your nearest Cloud WiFi Hotspots.
Setting up WiFi from The Cloud
on your laptop
1. Sign up: Go to sky.com/wifi and sign up using your Sky iD. If you don’t have one yet, you’ll be able to create one.
2. Find: Use the Hotspot Finder to find your nearest Cloud WiFi Hotspots.
3. Connect: When you’re at a Cloud WiFi Hotspot within device setting check WiFi is turned on then select 'The Cloud' from the list of available WiFi networks, open your internet browser then select 'Sky Broadband - unlimited WiFi' from The Cloud landing page.

on your compatible Android smartphone

Sky Go: UK / Ireland only. Streamed via broadband/3G (charges may apply). Available on two registered compatible devices (content may vary). Some live TV programmes will be unavailable (go to - go.sky.com). iPhone (3GS or above), iPad, iPod touch (4th generation or above) require iOS 4.3 or later, and available on selected HTC and Samsung smartphones with OS2.2x or 2.3x. Sky on your Xbox 360 requires Xbox Gold Live subscription.
