Here are a few tips on setting up your Sky Broadband connection. For more information, take a look at our handy Help & Support broadband set-up checklist.
1. Check your Sky Broadband activation date. You can find this in your Welcome Letter or in the Order Tracking section of My Sky.
2. Your Sky Hub should arrive just before your broadband is activated. It comes with a booklet with instructions for setting up your Sky Hub.
3. It's important to leave your Sky Hub permanently switched on especially in the first 10 days so we can give you the best broadband speeds and performance for your line. Your speed may vary while we do this.
Connect all your wireless devices with the Sky Hub.
We'll try to increase your broadband speed over the first 10 days. You can monitor your speed at My Sky.
Connect your Sky± box to your broadband router to unlock a world of entertainment on demand.
Protect your PC with your free trial of McAfee Internet Security Suite .
Download the Sky WiFi app for iOS and Android devices to get online in thousands of popular hotspots.

Sky Talk is only available to customers paying by Direct Debit/continuous credit card mandate. If 08 or 03 numbers are not included in your call package, for 08 numbers BT customers pay 9p/min and 15p connection and for 03 numbers 5.1p/min and 15p connection. Calls from other providers will vary.
