Prospective buyers are often city dwellers seeking cleaner air, more space, or a complete change of lifestyle. Some are searching for a country retreat, while others are relocating to the UK, retiring, or moving back after time abroad. The host also explores the local area and finds out what else it has to offer, from sites of historical interest, to local conservation efforts and outdoor pursuits.
