Welcome to Sky Mobile iPhones

  • 1. Unlock your iPhone

To use your Sky Mobile SIM in your iPhone from a different provider you'll need to get your phone unlocked first. This can take a few days, so we recommend you do this as soon as possible.

  • 2. Activate your SIM

Once you've got your SIM, you'll need your Sky iD and Sky activation code to activate it. This should only take a few minutes. Having problems activating your SIM?

  • 3. Keep your number for your iPhone

You'll need to activate your SIM before you can transfer your existing number to Sky. Then, request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your old provider and once you've got it, fill in our online form. Please note: We’re unable to transfer numbers from Lycamobile and Vectone as we don’t have an agreement with them right now. Having problems transferring your number?
