We know how important it is for you to stay connected. So we’re working really hard to help where we can.

And we’re doing what we can for the people who need us most too – we’re only answering calls from our vulnerable and isolated customers, those over 70 and key workers.

If you need support, go to Help at sky.com, in your MySky app or on your Sky box. But to make life easier for you, below are links to all the things you can do online.
