If you’re new to My Sky and Help & Support, or you haven’t signed in for a while, take a look at some of the features that let you get help and manage your account quickly and easily online, to save you time on the phone.

If you have a question about any of Sky's products and services, check out Help & Support. From queries about your TV signal to finding help with Sky Broadband, you'll find the answers here.
Manage your Sky account

For everything to do with your Sky bill just go to My Account, where you can view your bills and make payments.

You can also change your payment due date and update your payment method. And if you’re keen to go green, you can switch to a paperless bill instead of receiving it through the post.
Track your order

If you’d like to know the status of an order you’ve placed or want to check or change any installations you have booked, order tracking is the place to go.
Your broadband speed & usage

My Broadband is where you can check your speed and connection details, and manage your McAfee Security subscription.

If you’re on Sky Broadband Lite, you can also keep tabs on how much of your usage allowance you have left with the usage tool. You can even set yourself handy reminders to help stop you going over your limit.
Just sign in with your Sky iD

If you don’t already have one, you can sign up for a Sky iD here. You just need a few details to hand, like your Sky account number, or the account number you use to pay for Sky, so we know you’re the account holder.

If you can’t remember your Sky iD, don’t worry. We’re on hand to help if you’ve forgotten your username or forgotten your password.
