If you currently have broadband with one of these providers, follow these steps to switch broadband:

First, choose the Sky Broadband package you want and place your order. We’ll talk to your current provider directly to cancel your contract and get everything ready for the switch. Don’t worry – you’ll keep your current service right up until the switch and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Your current provider should get in touch to confirm your contract has been cancelled and to chat through any costs for leaving.

We’ll switch your broadband for you and then send you a text message a few days before your appointment to remind you of your Sky Broadband switch.

To complete your switch, you’ll need to contact Virgin Media directly to cancel your service. To ensure you are online throughout this process, it’s best to let Virgin know your confirmed Sky activation date so they can cancel your service as close to your new activation date as possible.
