Check your data, calls and texts usage online or in the My Sky app.
If you have multiple plans on your account, remember to select the mobile number/plan you want to manage from the top of the account page.
To check your data usage:
Online: Go to My Account and sign in with your Sky iD.
On the My Sky app: Select Manage account > Mobile.
To check your calls and texts usage:
Online: Go to your Mobile bill, scroll to the 'View itemised bill' section and select the arrows beside each option.
On the My Sky app: Select Manage account > Mobile > Latest Mobile bill. Scroll to 'View itemised bill' and select the arrows beside each option.
Please note: It can take up to 30 hours (sometimes longer) for some usage charges to show on your bill, especially if you use Sky Mobile abroad. These charges may appear on a later bill.
