Your Sky TV PIN is a four digit code that is used to set parental controls, make purchases and rentals, and view PIN-protected shows on your Sky+ box and your Sky Q box.
Your PIN is linked to your billing information and parental controls, so it's important to keep it secure and confidential.
In this guide, Sky+ and Sky Q customers can find help with:
Changing or resetting my PIN: If you've forgotten your Sky TV PIN
or you want to change it, this is easy to do with your Sky remote, online
in Manage, or using the My Sky app.
I’ve blocked my PIN: If you enter the wrong Sky TV PIN three times
your account will be blocked. After ten minutes, you’ll be allowed
three more attempts. You can reset your PIN with your Sky remote,
online in Manage, or using the My Sky app.
Parental control settings: Your Sky TV PIN lets you access age
restricted content and set up parental controls to restrict the
programmes and channels that the kids can watch. Find out more about
how to change the restrictions of your Sky TV PIN.
Setting up my Device PIN: Use your Sky Device PIN for the Sky Q app to
restrict the downloading and viewing of on demand shows, as well as
live TV and on demand shows when you're away from home.
