Welcome to Sky Mobile
To get your Sky Mobile SIM up and running we recommend you follow the setup steps in this order:
Unlock your phone.
To use your Sky Mobile SIM in a phone from a different provider you’ll need to get your phone unlocked first. This can take a few days, so we recommend you do this as soon as possible.
Activate your SIM.
Once you've got your SIM, you’ll need your Sky iD and Sky activation code to activate it. This should only take a few minutes.
Having problems activating your SIM?
Keep your number.
You'll need to activate your SIM before you can transfer your existing number to Sky. Then, request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your old provider and once you've got it, fill in our online form. Please note: We’re unable to transfer numbers from Lycamobile and Vectone as we don’t have an agreement with them right now. Having problems transferring your number?
