To use your Sky Mobile SIM in a phone purchased from a different network provider, you may need to contact them first to unlock your phone.
Please ensure your phone is unlocked before you activate your SIM. It can take a few days for your current network provider to do this. If you activate your SIM when your phone is locked, you will not be able to use calls and texts with Sky Mobile.
Before calling them, you’ll need:
- Your mobile number.
- Make and model of phone.
- IMEI number (get this by dialling *#06# on your phone).
Please note: Some network providers may charge an unlocking fee.
