Switching mobile providers

Whether you’re joining or leaving us, it’s now even easier to change mobile providers.

All you need is a switching code (a PAC or STAC).

  • PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) - lets you transfer your number to a new provider and cancel services with your old provider.

  • STAC (Service Terminating Authorisation Code) - lets you cancel services with your old provider and cancels your number.

Choose your PAC or STAC

  • To keep your number, request a PAC.
  • If you don’t want to keep your number, request a STAC.
