It's now even easier to switch to Sky Mobile.
All you need to do is:
- Get a PAC (text PAC to 65075) or STAC (text STAC to 75075) from your old provider.
- Give it to us (sky.com/mynumber) and we’ll let them know you want to cancel your services with them. If you’re using a PAC, we’ll also transfer your number to Sky.
You'll need to get the account holder to do this.
How long does it take?
Your switch to Sky Mobile will be sorted within one working day, if you submit your PAC/STAC before 5pm Monday - Friday. After then, it might take an extra working day, or longer if it's a Bank Holiday. If this doesn’t happen, see the 'Delayed Switching' section below.
Once you’ve given us your PAC or STAC, your old provider should be in touch to let you know when your old service has been cancelled. If you don’t hear from them, please contact them directly.
Remember, with a STAC your number will be cancelled and can't be recovered.
