Sky+ equipment

All Sky TV and Broadband equipment is covered by a 12 month warranty, so we’ll happily send out a free replacement if your item fails during this time. If your item's more than a year old, you’ll need to pay for a replacement.

Returning your items free of charge

How you return your Sky TV and/or Broadband equipment will depend on how you purchased it from us, either over the phone or during an engineer visit, online or from a retail outlet.

Return items purchased over the phone or during an engineer visit

You can send your return back to us in three ways:

Collect+

  1. Package your equipment, ensuring all original equipment is included.
  2. Create and print a Collect+ return label then attach it to your parcel.
  3. Find your local Collect+ store and drop it off for collection.
  4. Keep the receipt as proof of return and use it to track your return online.

Parcelforce

  1. Create and print a return label and either choose Post Office drop off, or Driver to collect, then enter the preferred date and time for it to be collected.
  2. Fill in your details and include the reason in the Special instructions section, e.g, faulty Sky Q Hub or unwanted Sky Q remote.
  3. When you select Validate, your return label will open in a separate window. Any pop-up blockers installed will need to be disabled to access your return label.
  4. Package your equipment, ensuring all original equipment is included.
  5. If dropping off at your local Post Office, make sure you ask for a proof of postage for your records.

Return items purchased online or from a retail outlet

If you ordered your items through Sky Accessories website or one of our retail outlets, you can arrange a refund or replacement by contacting the online accessories support team by following the link in your item’s order confirmation email. 

If you’re unable to find this, email the support team at accessories@skycustomersupport.com, including your order reference, full name and billing address.

Recycling your items free of charge

You can send your old equipment back to us which we'll dispose of easily, safely and without causing damage to the environment.

Recycle old Sky+ equipment

This symbol is used to mark products that should not be disposed of with general household waste, but collected separately for reuse or recycling.

If you’ve recently upgraded your Sky equipment we can reuse most parts of your old products and any we can’t reuse, we’ll recycle. Sky electrical equipment shouldn't be disposed of with your general household rubbish, as it could be harmful to the environment and human health if it's not dealt with properly.

If you live in the UK you can print a return label to send your old equipment to us free of charge if it has the logo above. You'll need to fill in your details and include the reason for your return in the Special instructions section. For example, recycling old remote.

Alternatively, you can give it to your Sky engineer the next time they visit.

Please note: When you select Validate your return label will open in a separate window. If you've got a pop-up block installed, you'll need to disable it to access your return label.

Recycle Sky Mobile equipment

If you're returning a SIM card, we recommend cutting it into pieces first. 

You can print a return label to send your old equipment to us free of charge. You'll need to fill in your details and include the reason for your return in the Special instructions section. For example, recycling Sky SIM card.

Please note: When you select Validate your return label will open in a separate window. If you've got a pop-up block installed, you'll need to disable it to access your return label.
