'Like New' warranty
Your ‘Like New’ phone comes with a warranty against faults arising in the first 12 months from the date the device is purchased. The following are not covered by your warranty: consumable parts such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time (unless failure is due to a defect in materials or workmanship); cosmetic damage (unless due to defect in materials or workmanship); any damage caused by using the device outside of product manual guidelines; any damage caused by misuse, accidental or deliberate damage or abuse; damage caused by a phone repair; damage caused by using a product or component that does not meet manufacturer product specifications; or damage caused by events outside the reasonable control of Sky or its equipment suppliers.
To report a fault please call Sky on 03448 222 002. If a reported fault cannot be remedied by one of our engineers on the phone then we will either repair or replace the phone or the faulty component(s) of it, whichever is reasonably considered to be the most proportionate. Any replacements will be sent after we have received your phone, which must be undamaged and delivered in the manner that we request.
Any replacement equipment will be Like New (previously used equipment that has been refurbished by the manufacturer or its authorised agent). Sky will warrant any repair or replacement until the end of the original 12 month warranty period. This warranty is personal to you and only applies to a 'Like New' phone ordered directly from Sky, and does not apply outside the UK. You may not transfer your rights under this warranty to anyone else unless we agree otherwise, and no third party is entitled to benefit from it.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights, for example in relation to us supplying a 'Like New' phone which is not of satisfactory quality. For more information about your legal rights, click here.
Calls to Sky contact centres are inclusive for Sky Mobile and Sky Talk customers. If you're not with Sky Mobile or Sky Talk, calls to 03 numbers cost the same as to 01 or 02 numbers and are included in your calls package.
