Changing the start and end dates of your Sky services

This is how you can change activation or end dates for the following services and products:

Sky TV

  • To reschedule your Sky TV engineer appointment for installation, use the My Sky app or contact us up to 48 hours before the visit.
  • If you’ve cancelled your Sky TV subscription and want to change the end date, please contact us. Remember, there's a minimum 31 days’ notice period so you can’t move the date to earlier than the end of that period.

Sky Broadband & Talk

  • If your line isn't being activated remotely, you can change your engineer appointment on our Order Tracking page up to 24 hours before the visit.

  • To change your activation date, call us up to 3:29pm on the working day before your scheduled activation on 03442 414 414.

  • If you’ve cancelled your Sky Broadband and Talk subscription and want to change the end date, please contact us. Remember, there's a minimum 10 working days’ notice period so you can’t bring forward the date to earlier than the end of that period.
