it’s quick and easy to book an engineer visit online. All you need to do is sign in with your Sky iD, answer a few quick questions about your home, and pick a time slot that works for you.

I don’t have a Sky iD – can I still book online?

You need a Sky iD to book an engineer visit online, so that we can confirm your address and whether your account is in warranty or not. But don’t worry, it’s super simple to create a Sky iD. Just head over to Create your Sky iD to set one up.

Do I need to be home for my engineer visit?

An adult aged 18 or over must be at home for the engineer visit. This is so they can authorise any work that needs to be done.
