Subscribing to channels from other pay TV providers
If you want to add other pay TV channels to your Sky Q box, you’ll need to contact your pay TV provider separately.
You'll need your Sky viewing card number to sign up. To find your viewing card number, press Home on your Sky Q remote then select Settings, and then System Info.

Transferring over pay TV channels from Sky+ to Sky Q
If you’re upgrading to Sky Q from Sky+ and already watch pay TV channels on your Sky+ box, let your engineer know when they install your Sky Q service, so they can set you up properly.
Downloading to your device
If you want to download and view shows from pay TV channels on your device or Sky Q Mini box, contact your pay TV provider to see if they offer this service.
