Yes, international calls to up to 48 countries are available to Sky Connect customers.

Yes, on Pro and Plus pack unlimited UK calls to both landline and mobile are included as standard.

Will my in-contract price stay the same?

When you subscribe to our offers with price lock guarantee we fix your package price for 12 months. Prices may increase after the end of the guaranteed period.

Do I need more than one phone line?

You might need more than one phone line if you have multiple offices or multiple 
meeting rooms which need a separate phone line, for example. If you’re not sure how

What is static IP?

A static IP is an IP address that doesn’t change. Most broadband comes with a dynamic
IP by default, which is fine for most people. If your business runs a website or email server, or needs to remotely access computers a Static IP will make this easier to setup. 
Static IP is available as an add-on to any Sky Connect package.

A simple 4G USB dongle that plugs in to the back of your hub. Our business-grade automatic 4G backup monitors your connection 24/7. It’ll seamlessly switch your connection to our 4G network if it detects a drop out.

Can I be sure my internet won’t go down when I switch?

You should buy your Sky Connect package and book your install before cancelling with your existing provider.

If you’re switching from BT, EE, TalkTalk, Plusnet or another non-cable provider, we’ll handle everything for you to minimise downtime

If you’re switching from Virgin Media, you’ll need to let them know you’re leaving. Tell them your installation date and time to help minimise downtime.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes, in the majority of circumstances you can keep your existing phone number. Just let us know at checkout.
