Can I make international calls?

Yes, international calls to up to 48 countries are available to Sky Connect customers. 
This feature costs £12 a month. You’ll need to call our team on 0333 759 4833 to add international calls to your package.

Can I make unlimited UK-based calls?

Yes, on Pro and Plus pack unlimited UK calls to both landline and mobile are included as standard.

Will my in-contract price stay the same?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your package price is fixed for the duration of your contract, due to Sky Connect’s 
price lock.

Do I need more than one phone line?

Accepted Answer

You might need more than one phone line if you have multiple offices or multiple 
meeting rooms which need a separate phone line, for example. If you’re not sure how 
many phone lines your business needs, give us a call on 0333 759 4833 and we’ll be happy to help.

What is static IP?

A static IP is an IP address that doesn’t change. Most broadband comes with a dynamic
IP by default, which is fine for most people. If your business runs a website or email server, or needs to remotely access computers a Static IP will make this easier to setup. 
Static IP is available as an add-on to any Sky Connect package.

What is the 4G always-on router?

The 4G always-on router is the Sky Connect’s business-grade 4G back up 
solution. It monitors your broadband and switches to 4G automatically if your connection
drops.
Your devices will stay connected no matter what, so you can deliver business as usual 
with no disruptions.

Can I be sure my internet won’t go down when I switch?

Accepted Answer

You should buy your Sky Connect package and book your install before cancelling with your existing provider.

If you’re switching from BT, EE, TalkTalk, Plusnet or another non-cable provider, we’ll handle everything for you to minimise downtime

If you’re switching from Virgin Media, you’ll need to let them know you’re leaving. Tell them your installation date and time to help minimise downtime.

Can I keep my phone number?

Yes, in the majority of circumstances you can keep your existing phone number. Just let us know at checkout.
