Review

This a rough (very rough) and tumble British comedy-thriller spun round the then popular shows featuring Carroll Levis and his 'discoveries'. Not much as a film, then, but of undoubted interest for its extraordinary cast, which also includes Herbert Lom, Terry-Thomas, Avril Angers, zany musicians Albert and Les Ward, pianist-singer Hutch, Henry Edwards (Britain's top star of silent times), Ernest Thesiger, Edward Underdown and Hollywood's Carole Landis.
